- 1 bunch or organic kale- stalks removed
- 1 TBS olive oil
- pinch salt
How its done~
- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Tear the kale into chunky squares and coat in oil
- Lay on baking tray and cook for 10 minutes until crunchy
*tahini, tamari and maple syrup make for a yummy coating before putting in the oven
